‍ ‍
At Robur Wellbeing, counselling feels like a genuine conversation rather than a clinical experience. I offer a warm, compassionate and non-judgemental space where you can speak openly without feeling overwhelmed by psychological jargon. Alongside listening with empathy and understanding, I’ll gently challenge unhelpful thoughts or patterns when appropriate, helping you gain greater clarity, confidence and practical ways to move forward.
I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to counselling. Every person is unique, so every therapy journey should be too. Rather than following one rigid traditional method, I work flexibly, tailoring each session around your individual needs, goals and pace. This is your time, your counselling and your journey. As your needs change, your therapy can change with them.
Whatever feels important to you will be important to me. You will always be treated with respect, sensitivity, compassion and without judgement.
My experience supporting people through complex and deeply challenging situations as a Samaritans volunteer counsellor taught me the importance of being fully present with another person, whatever they may be facing. Whether you’re living with anxiety, trauma, depression, relationship difficulties, grief, low self-esteem, anger or simply feeling lost, you can be confident that you’ll be met with empathy, compassion, respect and unconditional positive regard throughout our work together.
My aim is simple: to help you feel heard, understood and empowered to make meaningful, lasting changes in your life.
